The U.S. delegation, led by Rubio and Steve Witkoff, includes Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll, State Department Counselor Michael Needham, Ambassador Julie Davis, Deputy NSA Andy Baker, General Alex Grynkewich, and advisor Jared Kushner.
A U.S. official described the day as starting with separate coordination meetings, followed by detailed bilateral discussions that proved productive and reached conclusions on several points. A final plenary is now refining the remaining details.
Attention now turns to what was actually agreed and whether Ukraine will accept key U.S. proposals on territory, military limits, and NATO membership.
