If they wanted to push the limits they would need to ensure frame rates NEVER dip below 30fps no matter what, and that's the one thing a big L3 cache does. If they're not doing that, they are keeping frame rates smooth by dialing back graphics quality, same as always. This is going to be a mass produced Samsung SoC, low production cost high volume shit.
