Actually embracing states rights on a variety of topics will lower the temperature pretty quickly and slowly help to bring back regional identity in the US |

Law aside there is a lot of power that these state organs have simply by setting the tone and determining what is or is not on the agenda for discussion Talking about at the county/service area level I don't feel strongly about fluoridation either way; there are costs and benefits with or without and so it seems like something that should just be left up to the individual communities themselves |
