when i saw sick with (i think?) covid i couldn't stand the taste of coffee. once i got better, i decided to see how long i could go without caffine. made it a few days, but then started to get lower back pain. broke down and had a coffee and they went away.

i think cutting down is entirely possible, but going to normal usage to zero is pretty tough.
