On this website it says I can contract with a medical facility as a person or as a business entity(ein), i.e. in wyoming or florida. Indeed I was offered that form by a medical facility. But does it make any difference for the purpose of California tax, or they will charge me 10%+ either way

I'm telling u I don't live there. They have a rule that 1099 contractors pay tax even from outofstate but out of state w2employees do not. I need to know if there is some way to avoid tax if I am 1099 out of state

Bullshit. If u are w2 working remote for a California company u can clearly see on their tax website that you're not going to file any California tax. Some people claim that they work 1099 and do the same, just don't file the tax and nothing happens to them. But I think they're full of shit because on California tax website they give examples of complete proles providing online services to California and having to pay up.a
