was up til 5 am last night, woke up at 10 and did work, made it through most of the day ok, but then took a nap around 3, woke up at 6:30. now I dont think I'll be able to sleep.
if it wasn't so cold outside I'd drive somewhere I guess.

Go to bed everynight at 10pm. No matter what. Wake up at 6 am every day. No matter what.
Stick with the strict 10pm bed time. Eventually you won't need to set an alarm and will wake up naturally right at 6pm.
