Like in Colorado they have state-licensed "natural medicine" "healing centers" where you can get it. Other states like California, Oregon, and New Mexico have similar programs, although I forget the exact details. There are also a lot of grey market sites that sell them now too. I think it's a mix of scams, people selling amanitas with legal research chem psilocybin-adjacent chems injected in, and other shit like that.
Edit: I guess california doesn't have a program like some of the others, but it is heavily decriminalized |
