i'm barely awake by 8 PM, fall asleep before 9 PM often. wake up between 4 and 5 AM every day. i don't want to get up this fucking early. but the bed is irresistible by 7:30 PM or so.

i exercise six days a week (45 minutes of cardio and at least an hour of walking). i don't drink coffee after 1:30 PM or so.

what can i do

you've got the perfect schedule, if I could maintain your sleep schedule, I wouldn't be the enormous underachiever I feel like sometimes

i want to wake up when there's at least some fucking light out, not pitch black darkness for a few more hours. i have nothing to do for about 1.5 hours if i wake up at 4:30 AM, which happens often. i can't fall back asleep because i'm well-rested. i have very little energy after work because i've been up for so long by the time the work day is over. it's annoying as fuck.

You need to make yourself stay up later if you want this to change, use stimulants to help with this

I wish I had this schedule. I can't go to bed before 1:00am.

There's plenty to do while it's dark, why not read or do something on the computer?

This is me. Does it cause you trouble? If not let it be. I love the 4-6 am time period. It's only inconvenient for concerts etc

this schedule is awesome and super healthy and you would be a fool to try to fight it, embrace it and enjoy it, and enjoy the yuge health benefits that will flow from it too
