everyone works hard. if it's important, find the time. you can cultivate a spiritual life throughout the day informing everything you do. but i recommend setting aside 30 minutes a day to it alone.
intellectual life. always have a good book--a classic--in progress at all times no matter how slow it goes.
physical life. this is actually the easiest. wake up. roll out of bed. get on knees and thank God. then get on the floor and bust out 20. randomly do calisthenics once every two hours or so. take a walk. prioritize it.

Most people here at this point are either:
1) biglaw partners;
2) mid-career academicians in national universities;
3) policymakers in state and federal government;
4) increasingly prominent research scientists in europe or the US;
5) arts & culture figures in Asia and Australia;
6) respected mathematicians.
They just like to LARP as unemployed politics-obsessed meth-addicts.
