They obviously have taken a hit with minorities, especially men. Black and Latino men will ostensibly vote for Trump in historic numbers. But Dems will still win black women by a large percentage.
The biggest slice of the pie for them are AWFLs. They are also going to try and win the educated. Educated white women is a gold mine demo for Harris. Joe didn't bring any enthusiasm or energy to this group. But Kamala will. She is for them. That's the play on the table. |

They just want a candidate who can mobilize their people to the polls. They don't want to make a single concession. They're doing zero persuasion, give the middle nothing. They are offering nothing to people on the fence. Their idea is you give your base a big motivation to show up. Just be energetic, be dramatic. Strike the fear of God into these people and make sure they sign every ballot they can find and return it. They have no intention of big tent politics. They need their people to show up with fury and zealotry and they're betting that if they can do that they can win with sheer numbers. But you have to give them all hope of victory.
