If you buy pepsi at 140 around now it's almost 4% yield, they raise dividend by Jun. In 10 years it will be 8% yield from current price. So from 1million you'll be getting 80k. Isn't that better than owning 1mln of rental property?

I bought a little of pep. If s&p actually dropped to 5500(that's 10% off high) I could buy some soxl, tqqq. But without that looking for value. But I think companies like msft actually have more value than pep, they just print $$
