2 healthy high protein, low GI meals per day (post exercise-dinner) within a
4 hour eating window
1 hour minimum exercise per day (usually 30 min strength training + 30 min. cardio)
1 gallon of water per day
0 recreational Internet/TV or even music - the SNI diet (Strictly Necessary Info)
