Allow me to introduce you to Macromastia & Gigantomastia. A condition that causes abnormal growth of the breasts, can be a side effect from medication, due to a hormonal imbalance or can be genetic.
Most of the time the growth can be constant requiring reduction surgery but only once the growth has stopped to prevent them from growing back. However that's not always the case and can continue to grow.
In rare cases macro/gigantomastia can also cause lactation, and should not be consumed by babies as the breast milk contains dangerously high doses of estrogen. 38
