ive been a user for about 3 years. probably 6-8 3mg pouches per day.
today was the first day not touching the stuff in years. felt mentally tired all day, a bit mentally foggy. but wow, im way more chill. my body had more energy and no crashes. resting heart rate is down, and im guessing blood pressure is too. i bet a sleep like a baby tonight. |
