Date: September 18th, 2025 9:13 AM Author: vigorous geriatric pit twinkling uncleanness they weren't "just behind the curve in AI chip development", they took a goose laying golden eggs (near monopoly on PC chips for many, many years) and did fuck all with it. passed up seriously taking a stab mobile chips, GPUs, etc. etc. all until it was way too late in the name of stock buybacks. the company has been ran like shit and coasting for at least 15 years at this point. all you're doing is gambling on whether or not Nvidia ultimately acquires them (which they may well do as their valuation continues to go through the roof and Intel costs them relative pennies) and it's dumb to pretend otherwise.
