Date: April 12th, 2026 4:19 PM Author: Self-centered Light Water Buffalo this isn't really relevant to ITT, but my older son has a friend over and the following things have happened within the span of about 45 minutes:
1. he pointed to the urn with my dad's ashes and said MEET MY GRANDFATHER
2. his friend's name is john and mu son walked over to me (accompanied by john) and said "did you know john's 35% german? he made a picture" and showed me a swastika on an etch-a-sketch (which im guessing my kid drew). they were both howling laughing.
3. he ran downstairs and said "dad, i think i found a ball shaver" and was holding, in fact, a pair of clippers one might use to cut one's pubes.
also, this kid's dad is a securities lolyer at Dechert. he worked at the SEC for years but took off after the drumpfth 2nd term started, so i guess he's a service partner there. |
