Different areas of LA can be 30 degrees different in temperature (Beverly Hills 10 degrees hotter than Santa Monica, Downtown 10 degrees hotter than BH, Woodland Hills 10 degrees hotter than downtown, etc)
OC is geographically smaller than LA or SD county so more of it is near the beach and therefore has better weather but this is just a function of how the boundaries were drawn. |
