Comics seemed like some leftover dying thing from the boomer times and I was surprised by their later resurgence in popularity or that there were somehow all these "comics fans" around.
People knew Superman, Batman, Spiderman and the Hulk, because of the tv shows and Saturday morning cartoons, but nobody had any idea about the "X-men" or the "Avengers" or what have you. |
