They are still chained up when you talk to them though and the rooms is all plexiglass and there's a guard right outside the door, so it's safe af and the facilities are quite a level up from the jail. The other patients don't even see you. It's super chill. You can also tell right away if they're still batshit a few different ways, but one is to look for remorse. It's never there, or it's fake as shit and undermined by whatever comes out of their mouth next. If you're taking to an actual thug and he has no remorse for ganking someone that's one thing, but when the lady is saying she believes in Jesus she needs to understand that killing that man was wrong, and she did it. You can't say "my client in sane" there.
