Now we know it's just another way of describing Maxwell's discoveries.

Funny I don’t remember nuclear energy and energy-mass equivalence being put to use in the 1800s

This is one of those things like how uniformity and non-anisotropy is assumed in cosmological models tho. If you don't do it everything breaks. Plus everyone hates people who bring this up.

Yeah and its still wrong. It requires about 500 patch updates to describe current sensor data and handwaves about the arrow of time and the block universe with retarded greens function voodoo. It's a good low res compression algorithm, but still more geometry than physics. They have already found like 15 new anomalies in gravitational wave data this year that they had to add quantum updates to make GR survive. Probably won't make it much longer when cosmologists stop handwaving about baysean priors wrt the dozens of anomalies regarding lamda cdm , CMB data and cosmic expansion. Not because he was jewish, einstein was brilliant. But because its based on outdated 19th century Math (the majority of whch wasn't even written by Eisntein)

thats still kinda bullshit though. a bigger issue is you can't even get "time" without deeper causal principles first. math itself has causality and temporality assumed already.
