Date: June 19th, 2025 8:22 AM Author: Drunkard 0.0 I have broad shoulders (and a barrel chest, probably because I used to be so fat) and a ~7.75in wrist (I think) which seems about average for someone my size (one link out on a Daytona, extension open). I also have gorilla arms (36/37 sleeve) but I have short stocky legs (32in inseam again maybe because I was fat). What I need to do is lose the love handles, that’s my Achilles heel. I don’t have a beer gut really at all at this point (34in waist at my actual waist). If I cut enough, and I am willing to lose muscle, I might be able to get there in a year.
