I got this idea from Jose Andres who said all that waste is 180. It's all just garbage.

I used to mulch it but that sucks ass tbh, so i just save the carrot tops and broccoli stems and onion peels etc in a pot and dump them into boiling water for an hour after there is a critical mass.

the broth is really 180 to cook all kinds of stuff with.

EAch pot tastes a bit different but the interesting things are that 1) it never really goes bad because there is no meat in it and 2) you can just add it to whatever amount of broth you had already made.

ive also been makign these kinds of flavor bombs of veggies that are about to rot (carrots oninos garlic bell pepper celery, etc), which i reduce to nothing and then freeze. saves like an hour each time you use one.

even better strategy is to buy stuff like 1 onion, 1 red bell pepper, etc and use a little and just put what you dont use on a plate in your fridge. it wont go bad for like two weeks and youll have no waste in the first place.
