If I want to work a total of 180 shifts per year, I could do 14on/70off nights , with 120 day shifts (i.e. do 20weeks mo-fr with some weekends at another job) and have 22-24weeks of legit vacation in 10week blocks. None of that 14off blocks that I'm doing now. The only problem it's expensive to keep a condo in some bumblefuck town and a car for the sole purpose of commuting there 60shifts/yr.
