Visual Studio is gay too not just because its only on Windows but it just is. I use docker and cloud containers for some stuff too. But never IDEs. I need modern tools, but I want the minimal implementation. so xcode (just as a coding notebook for editing files and protoyping, but not any of its IDE features) and then terminal for git, custom build scripts cmake or whatever, package management, compile/lint/type style checking etc. fits the bill (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5801731&forum_id=2...id.#49455594) |
