But, he was sentenced to probation and just over two years in jail in his previous felony case, so he violated his probation. To settle the VOP, benzo admitted to the violation in exchange for 300 (150 actual) days of the previously-suspended 730-day sentence becoming un-suspended. He was given a sweetheart deal just two months ago, so no doubt the judge still remembered him.
