The houses that start approaching $2M or above and have like 6 beds seem to be languishing on the market.
I don't see the demand changing much for modest 3-4 bed houses. |

Compare that to a more stable housing market (Chicago), where only 9% of homes have seen a reduction in asking price in the last week.
