All were super shitlib. I know PLENTY of shitlibs but they don't talk about it so goddamn much or so loud. At all times it was like being thrust into a horribly unfunny SNL skit and told to improvise, with everyone waiting for you to tell the next joke.

I won't go into detail about how I handled some of these people except to say that I was fully candid and unsparing on every occasion, that I burned a few bridges, but that I also seem to have repaired and even built more bridges than I burned.

But I also know this never would have happened had non-WASPs been there. No one brags about how they choose Boulder over Colorado Springs based on the density of Biden yard signs in front of people who don't have the luxury of making that choice. Something about this particular type of extreme shitliberalism is exclusive to rich whites.

Couple in Boulder moved to a "55 and over community." They are rich enough that I presume it's a good one. Husband is a lolyer who went to a good lol school and had some prestigious profs in the 70s, after getting an English PhD at another prestigious school. Dutch surname, old money.
