When it goes bad it goes really bad. See for example the Harvard president who was poorly advised by WilmerHale on how to deal with congressional inquiries going to the Gaza protests. They took a high profile “L” on that one.
WilmerHale has a big practice area in this field. mueller was a partner there before and after the Trump investigation along with some old dudes who worked on the Nixon impeachment. Jamie what’s her name is a partner there and handled defending the big pharmaceutical companies opioid investigations. |
