Date: July 3rd, 2025 3:31 PM Author: '"'"''"'"'''"''" i took this trash daily for over one year. sure, i was more "productive" at work, but my mind and body could not relax while on this stuff. plus i'd crash at the end of the work day. after a few months i started noticing increased anxiety, mood issues, fucked up appetite, sleep issues, etc. my doctor fucked around with a bunch of other pills, but severely reducing the Ritalin resolved most of my problems. probably going to ask to stop taking it entirely at my next appointment.
if you want to feel good, take Adderall on occasion or when you need to get a lot of shit done in a short window of time. but don't take that poison daily. |
