Vast majority are garbage that pretend they aren't, it's insta-ready kitchens that aren't actually functional at all, with some shit like a chess board style woodblock cutting board (but it's the only cutting board) and dull ass knives on a magnetic knife holder for display. If you're lucky you get a half-hearted spice rack or cabinet filled with old herbs, table salt, and some random half full bottle of some shitty oil.

The pots and pans are almost always shitty, sometimes they're OK if the owner cooks, but still pretty shitty. I kind of get this because idiots ruin pots and pans constantly.

I don't mind places that know what they are: "You are here to do something other than use this kitchen, but eh, it's here." That's all hotel kitchens.

So many of these Airbnb places throw a French press on the counter in a cute coffee station and then say "we have an amazing kitchen!" and it's total bullshit.

Cooking in a good kitchen on vacation in an Airbnb is one of my favorite things to do. It's 1000% better than some omelet station or a generic "nice" restaurant.

If you have an extended stay you should cook sometimes at home because if you eat restaurant food everyday u will get fat. Also u can save money by cooking yr breakfast which is usually the same everywhere.
