Problem I’ve had is a rebound jaw clenching in my sleep after taking it, leaving my jaw & teeth sore the next day
Btw, kava does not cause liver damage
That was based on reports where the kava was mixed with other tainted herbs or was extremely low quality “tudei” or non-noble kava
No study has shown that noble kava by itself poses significant liver risks
