Mr. Christie. Well, sir, if Princeton had a law school I am sure they might have looked at them. If Montclair State had a law school----

Mr. Cohen. They have a business school.

Mr. Christie. Sir, they do not. This was to be done--this was their idea. There are two law schools in the state of New Jersey, sir, Rutgers and Seton Hall. Rutgers already had a corporate chair for corporate ethics funded by the Prudential Corporation. That is what moved Bristol-Myers Squibb to go to Seton Hall. Your implication that there is something inappropriate about a corporate citizen deciding that they wanted to endow a chair in the study of corporate ethics given the corporate climate in this country is surprising to me. What the public needs to know is that it was not my idea, it was not my initiative, and it was something that they asked for in the agreement. It was a concession we made to them as part of their overall agreement. It was not an offer I made, rather it was an offer they made, sir.
