If it has an "eCVT" it's another way of saying there is no transmission, just a power split device. If it has an actual mechanical CVT like Subarus and shit, it's not a Toyota-licensed design and it's inferior. If these companies license Toyota tech now, Toyota can just quit making cars and sleep on stacks of hundred dollar bills.
