Ukraine's reaction to Hungary's blackmail has been so 180. Russia bombed a pipeline that carried Russian gas through Ukraine, and Hungary accused Ukraine of slow-walking repairs to raise the price of gas in Hungary. So Orban threatened to block the $90 billion loan until Ukraine repaired the pipeline.
And Ukraine's response was "not only are we not gonna repair the pipeline, we're gonna blow the fuck out of a lot of Russian pumping stations on the pipeline." 180 |
