All they have is opium, which suggests they were producing heroin somewhere and setting up shooting galleries for junkies in Kabul. You can call it "rehab" I guess since there's probably some dood who lectures them about Islam while they shoot up, but there's no way they are running Betty Ford-style clinics in Kabul. That shit doesn't even work.
So the 400 dead are almost certainly junkies. They wouldn't have an actual heroin lab on premises (too dangerous for one thing) |
