I think he means she's transcended the boundaries of feminine submissiveness to a point of awestruck silence;
in contrast, I interpreted your equally brilliant original poast as an I Dream of Jeannie style "silence" being her favorite word to hear - a reassuring reminder that she is in good hands.
The thing that, to me, makes these masterful examples of genre threads so great is that they give our imagination so much, while saying so little.
(And having an idyllic suburban upbringing, with many wholesome and innocent flirtations over the years, makes it all the more magical...)
One last EDIT: I'm also reminded of Green Acres, for some reason - 50s and 60s TV shows when family-friendly wholesomeness and cheerful, unapologetically feminine charms co-existed in perfect harmony, as God intended.
