i also hate erdogan's turkey and support them against turkey for sure
whatever gets turkey kicked out of NATO the quickest i am for. if there's a dustup with israel it'll probably give Brussels the excuse they need to deny EU membership to the turks and this would be 180

um, no. that's not what's happening. jolani is a CIA client to some degree, for certain, but post-assad syria is fractious and this new government doesn't have the same centralized power or mandate that assad did. the massacres are mostly being carried out by bedouin and rural sunni militias from the eastern territories transplanted to the wealthier and more cosmopolitan west and this is being erroneously reported on as "state sanctioned" wrt Jolani's regime due to the fact that these militias fought nominally under AJ's faction in the greater anti-assad coalition. despite this, control is loose and increasingly so as time goes on and the greater coalition crumbles (the Jolani core militias are hoarding government posts and holdings, i've heard) the government in damascus has less "say" with what other factions in the former coalition do. they're not going to weaken their position to defend the druze, who sunni militias in syria and iraq have no love for and see as easy plunder.
i have many issues with israel as well but one thing they do do a decent job of is protecting religious and ethnic minorities in the region. is this done purely out of charity? no, of course not, but i suppose what matters is that it's still getting done. shia iran does this as well oddly enough and this is another moment of commonality between the two that makes me wonder why these two states still hate each other to the degree that they do.
something very similar happened and is still happening in iraq, and the results for iraqi religious minorities were equally disastrous. it would be best if none of this was happening at all and i thought the bashar al-assad regime was protecting these disparate groups well (and from necessity too, the alawites being a syrian minority themselves) but that cat is already out of the bag

lol, anyone can don a fucking cloth around their mouths and call themselves an islamist. it has been proven that mossad was funding isis back when that was the issue du jour. the goal then was to get rid of assad; they did that successfully this year. the goal now is to hollow out the security apparatus and any remaining functioning institutions in syria and grab as much land as they can for themselves.
people like you that get wrapped up in these details make me laugh. sometimes a clear-headed, simplistic, right from wrong analysis is all that is needed. the jew wants to you to lose yourself in the weeds while he enriches himself, over and over and over again.
the solution is an extermination of the jew, as it always has been.
