To this day there are still Losers crying about no physical media releases of games even though there is no real benefit of having it on disk. Most won’t even fit on a disk. MULTIPLE times, I’ve opened a brand new disc game for the very first time, and it wasn’t in the Holder securely. Loose in the case.
It seems like Console gamers lack Engineering Awareness. Modern consoles have SSDs. SSDs mean faster loading. Install the game on the SSD. If it loads from the disc, it’s slower than the SSD. Many AAA Titles don’t even fit on a Disc btw.
If you care about Preservation, then join the chorus who Hate Exclusives and want everything on PC. If a game is on PC, it’s Preserved imho. |

Anyway imho Mattrick’s ignominious story has been told. The 100% failure rate of Xbox 360 has sort of been forgotten somewhat. It’s the same story people experienced with ruinous American Cars and switching to Japanese.
Also, 360 sales figures were inflated by replacements bc of RROD imho. The drop experienced in the XB1 Gen wasn’t stark as it looked imo. |

I didn't care about the reds ring of death, ps3 had the same issues. And they replaced them for free. I didn't buy xbone cause it was an underpowered piece of shit and the kinect gimmick was retarded af.
