How do restaurants get away w/ "craft cocktails" costing same as menu entrees?

you are almost always paying for something other than "alcohol" when you are paying for alcohol e.g. getting pussy or getting shitfaced, furthermore these are both circumstances under which your prudence and good judgment are compromised. |
