i mean, how much evidence is "enough" is a strategic decision. of course more evidence is always better. the cost-benefit analysis isn't objective. if it were me i wouldn't bother. but it also depends on how much the repair is, how certain you are to collect from def, etc. like, if elon musk shot at my house and it pierced my cézanne i'd hire the CSI squad. |

Causes damage in home (pictures I assume) consistent with a bullet. An expert seems like overkill in a case like this where dude is clearly lying. |
