Trump is trying to build a secure place to host dignitaries that doesn't require trucking in portopotties.
The reason nothing gets built in this country is because basic stuff like this is literally being litigated up to the Supreme Court.
Why would anyone try to build anything in this country? |

Once it was challenged they had to find other justification and all of a sudden there are five fucking floors added below ground with a hospital and full secret EOC and now drone port on the roof?
