I’d wake up and run 8-10 miles before work most days with long runs on the weekend. I ate and drank as much as I possibly wanted with zero concern and weighed way less than half of that.
If you walk anywhere close to 8 miles, with any regularity at all, wtf are you eating to not lose weight? There’s an omission, delusion, or fabrication going on here. No offense, it simply doesn’t add up. |
