too fibrous imo

also if not fresh/made yourself they're kind of gross and mushy or too oily or something

every store bought pumpkin seed package i've had was nasty

aldi does it right generally, but I would agree that homemade pumpkin seeds are 180, however sunflower seed hulls are much worse and more fibrous if we're being honest, and you can get both shelled and just shovel fat in seed form down your gullet

i never know what to buy at aldi so i usually just leave with an off brand gatorade or something. their packaging/layout is atrocious and the meat and produce quality is arguably worse than walmart's. i've heard they have good stuff hidden away but there's zero reason to go when there's a tj's just as close

the shelled sunflower seeds incidentally also suck and have the same issues that the pumpkin ones have as per above

david's sweet & spicy or maybe cracked pepper are the potus ones. big's old bay works in a pinch too. i had "Spitz" not too long ago and that was a dreadful and dry ss experience
