a budget has to be passed. if an intransigent POTUS refused to pass something the monoparty establishments would pass a veto proof budget.
you people have to get that no single individual will change things on his own. instead of thinking "how do i root out cuckservatives from congress" you immediately go after trump because you have this MCU-like great man view of politics. |
