Me:

-Head Extreme Team L 2022 (x3): my gamer racket, hardest and fastest serve, extremely easy to counter punch heavy topspin hitters

-Head Boom Team L 2024: lightest, most forgiving, biggest sweet spot ever of any racket, but minimal control and spin; only use one this for rallies with my daughter or feeding her balls

-Head Gravity Team 2025: almost as forgiving and easy to hit as Boom with less power, WAY more precise on serves and groundstrokes. This is my alternate match racket, specifically for pushers, cheesers and guys who hit junk at you all day with no pace

-Prince Beast 104 O3 in pearl white: got this because it looks cool and has max raw power, but I don't need power from my raket and this thing has no control. This one will probably get removed from the quiver

Also ordered a pair of 2025 Head Radical Team L from Europe (not released in USA yet). Got a good feeling about this one. I think it might beat out the 2022 Extreme to become my #1

I switched to Babolat PD from Head OS Radical around 2015.

Got the 2021 BPD when it came out after a long lay off and felt like my arm was going to fall off after playing 1 set

Switched to BPD Lite which was complete shit

Then 2022 discovered Head auxetic, tried the entire lineup in every weight, and got completely hooked back on tennis again

Head auxetic is magical shit

You don't want to see a gap in the frame where it meets the handle

You don't want a racket made out of aluminum (vs graphite)

Although yours seems like the best of any trash frame

Babolat pure drive 2021. I haven’t tried anything else since. I don’t feel like the racquet makes much of a difference - I could never leave my poly strings though.

Try one of the head auxetic 2.0s in Team or MP-L with full natural gut (vs touch 16)

If you're coming from BPD like me the head will feel like a cheat code

Even with poly strings or hybrid setup

I have a babolat pure drive from 2019 and a head radical from like 2022 but honestly haven’t played much the last couple years. I went like 10x in a month last year tho. Not any this year. Lots of clay courts out here which are fun

Head treated Radical like an unwanted step child after losing the Agassi sponsorship

First they tried to rebrand as the Radical YOUTEK, which was an epic fail

Then it was practically an after thought in the lineup when Head released the original auxetic 1.0 in 2022

The auxetic Radical was not affiliated with any notable player

Then Fritz came along, randomly decided to paint his racket like a Radical (probably because of Agassi), randomly became a top 5 player through sheer effort.

And now Head beefed up the entire Radical line for 2025. This is probably the best Radical since the 2006 OS Agassi Grand Slam LE
