It seems like there is this coterie of liberal women, particularly Hispanic but often white, who treat proper pronunciation of obscure words like it’s the mandate of God. I read some foreign ingredient for the first time and some high drama woman is all over me for not pronouncing like I’m a native Q’uechi Spanish speaker. I had a woman literally crying at me because I was reading names off a roster and didn’t pronounce her 5-syllable 80% vowel last name with the correct accent. Ironically, she mispronounced my last name while complaining about it. Give me a break already

If the word is „Steiner-Angriff” yes totally embarrassing if you get it wrong. If it's in Quechua and you say it right you actually lose points. If some ho went off on me about some Indian word I would just say who cares it's an inferior culture that can teach us nothing. But when you're with the boys you better not slip. This is why no one respects Candace Owens because she says Blitzkri-egg.
