I have an elite seed stash + all the tools for hydroponics, but I mostly grow shit outside. In about a month, I will actually start my tomatoes from seed.
Last year, I splurged on the rolls royce of canning equipment, only problem is my stove isn't large enough to accommodate it. This year, I'm just going to use a propane burner outside for canning purposes. I usually harvest around 200 tomatoes/year, use most of them, and then puree and can the rest. I use those cans as my base for pizza sauce, barbecue sauce, ketchup, etc.
