I keep getting automatic ATS rejections. Recently I realized they're kind of BS. A recruiter reached out to me, sent me the application link, I applied.. and their ATS rejected me.
I told him about it and he said, "Just ignore it, your application is still active." Clearly, the ATS is not working properly if the recruiter is reaching out and the ATS automatically rejecting you.
There are thousands of people applying for the same position and 80% are not qualified, but somehow they're fucking up the recruiting process. |
