And basically anyone, it's just such obviously bad policy. If you asked random people if it were a good idea I'm betting most of them would say no

i choose to believe that it's a genuine inquiry into what the drafters meant by the text of the 14th amendment, with letters cited from the period to demonstrate what various politicians thought it meant. i don't think they really thought about the downstream consequences or whether it's good policy

SCOTUS should switch back to a "living Constitution" sounds like (depending on whether Mr. Trump likes or doesn't like a particular thing)

There are several schoalars who convincingly showed that Congress has the power to regulate the citizenship of that category. The arguments are grounded in all the Constitutional provisions and laws giving Congress power over those issues. In other words, grounded in democracy. Roberts relied on the feudal notion that people born on the king's soil owe their allegiance to the king.

you have to be a legit fucking mouth breathing gaped peabrain goy retard to think any of this song and dance is real and not a looney tunes cartoon of elites pushign a button to ensure more future slaves come to work on the American-Judeo Slave plantation corporation

this isnt a country it never was its just a big goy farm slave plantation for people with the leverage to enslave subhumans and take their money and if theyre really lucky rape and possibly kill/eat their kids or harvest their organs
