They are disproportionately violent, aggressive, unreasonable, self-destructive, irresponsible, etc... and there is essentially nothing the government or an outsider can really do that isn't already being tried. The problem is with the culture. And I firmly believe the liberal "helping" elite had a big part in helping to engrain the mindset of helplessness and cycle of self destruction. Over and over again I heard poor blacks spit back liberal canards as excuses for why they weren't willing to do any work to better themselves or their community. Everything is outside their control -- everything is the fault of the system, the government, whites, etc. and there is nothing they can do to change it or get ahead, so why the fuck bother to look for a job or volunteer or help clean up a local park or participate in neighborhood watch, etc. just fuck it. It's 100% about culture. By the time niggers are in high school, it's too late. If you want to change them, you have to catch them early (like kindergarten), get them the fuck away from their chimp parents, and make school a safe haven with a completely different culture. Things like uniforms and group bonding activities over good grades and going-to-X-college goals that charter schools do are the only way to achieve any success in this regard
